I was 250lbs and looked pregnant with high blood pressure and sleep apnea until I learned to jump rope. i did it everyday for six months and lost 50lbs. i added weight training but still jump rope at least every other day. i feel so much better and have much more energy. I have enough to exercise every weekday even after driving a truck for 10hrs. Lose the weight, its a game changer.
