Does Judge Scott McAfee have the courage to be fair to President Trump?

Lawyers for President Trump and the other defendants in the Georgia Election Interference prosecution brought by corrupt DA Fani Willis recently had a hearing in front of Judge Scott McAfee, making motions for the case to be dismissed. But does McAfee have the courage to dismiss the case even if he finds their reasoning and arguments are valid and convincing?
