So, the most common approach for overcoming pain and trauma is using the pain as fuel to go and achieve the things that you want to achieve. And use all the pain and trauma as a motivating factor to enhance your abilities to accomplish your goals and aspirations.

This works, but you are still run by that pain. All the external goals that you achieve will still be run from that pain. It's like you are still trapped there.

And this is just the tip of the iceberg, and now when you dive in deep; you realize that letting go of that pain is the way.

So you let go and start thriving in this higher vibrational state free from your pain and trauma. But then sooner or later you are somewhat attached to letting go of the trauma.

What I mean here is you get attached to the process of letting go itself. Your whole new identity now reflects and relates to how you overcame that pain and trauma.

Now we get to the ROOT where none of this matters. You have to not only let go of the trauma but also let go of letting go.

Detachment is key here; when you detach yourself from the identity of letting go and overcoming your pain, you become completely free and have the ability to truly live in the present moment.

It's all in your hands, you have the power and the choice to decide if you want to be run by your trauma, the identity of letting go and overcoming adversity, or to be completely free from all of it.
