Real estate has NEVER been so broken in the US before

Watch this if you're sick and tired of being broke. 70% of real estate is owned by 30% of the population. People under 35 own almost no real estate. there's only one fix and it's NOT the rates (lowering demand) although we NEED them to stay high for another 18-24 months.
