Troy police investigating possible peeper at Somerset Collection

Troy Police are investigating a possible peeper at the Somerset Collection. A woman called police Monday afternoon to report a man attempting to take inappropriate, up-skirt pictures. Troy PD officers went to the Zara store at the mall to take the woman’s report, but the man suspected of taking the photos had already fled.
