Ephesians 2:8-9, says, “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast.” Thanks to God's amazing gift of grace, flawed men and women everywhere can receive forgiveness for their sins. On today’s edition of Family Talk, Dr. James Dobson and Lee Strobel discuss his book, The Case for Grace, pointing out that Christianity is the only faith that offers this unmerited gift of God's grace.

About Today's Guest: Pastor Lee Strobel
Lee Strobel is a New York Times best-selling author of more than forty books and curricula that have sold fourteen million copies in total. He was a journalist for fourteen years at The Chicago Tribune and other newspapers, winning Illinois’ highest honors for both investigative reporting and public service journalism from United Press International. After probing the evidence for Jesus for nearly two years, Lee became a Christian in 1981. He went on to subsequently become a teaching pastor at three of America’s largest churches, and hosted the national network TV program, Faith Under Fire. In addition, he taught First Amendment law at Roosevelt University and was a professor of Christian thought at Houston Baptist University. Lee currently serves as founding director of the Lee Strobel Center for Evangelism and Applied Apologetics at Colorado Christian University. He is married to Leslie, and they have two grown children and several grandchildren.
