Netanyahu admits IDF killing foreign aid workers

Seven aid workers, six of whom were foreign nationals, have been killed in an Israeli air strike in Gaza. Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu admitted the responsibility of the IDF and claimed that the strike was unintentional. Although accepting blame doesn't sound like a valid justification in this case, does it?
