Lily has been dressing this way for the past three years and loves the attention it brings her. Lily told Transformed: "What attracted me to the Barbie Doll aesthetic is just everything that is so hyper feminine, pink, glittery and fun! It's dopamine dressing and it's been a great ride so far."
