Okay lets do this 58.....possible upcoming move by China...involving Africa.....

This is a short one, somehow, China is about to make a move and Africa will be involved. As if there has been work towards a goal, but now it will be declared on the news. What ever this is, the USA will see it as a soft declaration of war, but will not admit that they are helpless to do anything. They "might" threaten to go nuclear, but that will also be a bluff....these guys will never accept peace.
