Who's REALLY to Blame for All the Plane Malfunctions Is Boeing to blame for all the airplane malfunctions we’ve heard about recently? Or is there another culprit? Glenn recalls a conversation he recently had with a pilot who was tired of the federal government putting all the blame on Boeing.

Instead, he argued, it’s the federal inspectors who certify the planes and a lack of pilot training, especially outside of America, that should be called out.
