Winnipeggers Protest Against "Catch & Release" Program In Manitoba Judicial System

After the senseless murder of Kyriakos Vogiatzakis at the Cork and Flame earlier this year, perpetrated by Curtis Ross Dalebozik who had relecently been released from custody on bail with a long list of priors, the Provinces "catch and release" program has been, quite obviously, seriously put into question.
To make these concerns heard, Mike Vogiatzakis, brother of Kyriakos, held a protest outside the Law Courts building.
