You only need 3 Ingredients to make delicious healthy Breakfast Cookies. Great Cookies to bring to a Potluck or make them for Brunch.

Breakfast Cookies (3 Ingredients)
Ingredients:
2 Bananas (ripe & mashed)
1-1/3 cups Quick Oats
1/4 cup Raisins

Preheat Oven 350°F
Line Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper

Combine Bananas, Quick Oats and Raisins, mix by hand.
Use a measuring tablespoons and place each cookie equally apart on Cookie Sheet.
Bake 18-20 Minutes.
Remove and cool on Wire Rack.
Repeat with the rest of the dough, makes approx. 18 Breakfast Cookies.
