Morgenthau's Plan for complete deindustrialization of Germany and its return to an agricultural economy and state.

25 million Germans starvation would have been accepted.

7. Redesign of the political system

The Morgenthau Plan was presented on 1 September 1944. It was developed by the US Treasury Department headed by Henry Morgenthau Jr.
