Ingredients:
Cucumber 400 gr.
2 peppers.
Onion 1 pc.
300 grams of cooked beef.
3-4 tablespoons of soy sauce.
3 cloves of garlic.
3 tablespoons hot vegetable oil.
Pour vegetable oil over the garlic.
Salt and pepper to taste.
100 gr. Korean carrots, optional.
Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
