Effectively an Ultimatum

A video is linked there called Jamaica Capacity "Improvements" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lB82-gqiRpY&t=3s) which attempts to give a physical representation of several projects that comprise my 'take' on what would be a properly staged capacity upgrade for Jamaica Station. It differs starkly from what's planned.
