[INGREDIENTS]

For this recipe, you will need:

- peel, seedless & roughly chop tomato - 1 medium
- Fresh coriander leaves - 1 cup
- Fresh mint leaves - 1 cup
- green chilies - 2 (adjust according to your spice preference)
- jaggery (gurh)- half tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- cumin(zeera) - 1 tsp
- garlic - 1 tsp or 7- 8 small cloves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Water as needed
