Boater Missing Since February Found in Good Health

the charlotte county sheriff's office says benjamin hartman was reported missing feburary 27th. he started a journey from charlotte harbor to st. augustine five days prior. hartman was last seen leaving the dry tortugas in his 1970 kenner sailboat - that is, up until he was found alive and safe today.
