It’s no secret that I’m a big fan of combat sports and MMA is no exception.

After spending time creating content with fighters all around the world I had to sit down with local lad and pro MMA fighter Cameron Hardy.

After being ringside for his last bout it was only right that we got together and chopped it up for this episode of the CC.

It still fascinates me how two men can get in a cage and hash it out until one of them can’t continue.
