Moscow terror attack: moment suspected gunman caught

Russian officials have called for the reintroduction of capital punishment for terrorists after an attack by Islamic State killed at least 137 people in Moscow, with 182 injured, while the Kremlin declined to comment on videos purporting to show the brutal torture of the suspects.

One of the videos appeared to show members of the security forces cutting off the ear of a man and later stuffing it into his mouth. Another shows a suspect being beaten with a rifle butt.
