When we observe the whole of Scripture we find the subject of Love covered in 3 general ways : God's love for us, our love for God, and our love for each other. The chief expression of Love is Giving and when God decided to save mankind, He didn't send and angel or purchase us with gold or precious gems. He bought us with that which was most valuable to Him — His one and only Son. And if He loved us like THAT . . we can be assured He loves us now no matter what!
