4/1/24 "The Road to Emmaus" part 1 S4E10p1
Everything seemed hopeless on the day Jesus rose from the tomb, until He appeared to prove that hope had triumphed over death, and forevermore for believers everywhere. But fast forward nearly two thousand years and the youth of today appear to be more hopeless than ever. This week on Something’s Happening Here, we are looking at various ways the world declares its hopelessness, but to demonstrate that Christ Jesus is the answer today, just as He was on Resurrection Sunday millennia ago. On today’s opening show, “The Hopelessness of Youth, and the Looming End of the World,” we look at Gen Z’s self-proclaimed hopelessness and suggest how Christ Jesus can be the answer to a lost generation if they’ll only accept Him. We’ll also see a bit of media and academic malfeasance while we’re at it! Welcome to the show.

The first Sunday after the first full moon after the spring equinox means that it’s Easter! Our tenth episode of Season Four looks at the hope we have in the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
