Loud neighbors in the Seward Harbor

About 20 adult Bald Eagles and 4 juveniles were hanging out on the rocks at low tide. I normally don't see more than 2 or 3 mating pairs at a time with or without a kid, and normally at opposite ends of the Harbor.
