Easter in Salamanca, Spain

I want to share a small glimpse into what Easter is like in Spain, where there are 10,000 brotherhoods with 3 million members. Every village, town and city commemorates Easter with processions.
If you’ve never experienced it, I recommend doing so, at least once in a lifetime.
Out of respect for the memory of what today means, I will not be posting… 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

About the photo:
The word “Easter” is not in the original Scriptures. However, one English translation of the Bible does use the word. The King James Version translates Acts 12:4
like this:
“And when he [Herod Agrippa the King] had apprehended him Peter.
They put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people.”
The Greek word that the King James Version translates as “Easter” is actually the word “Pascha” (Hebrew: פסח—Pesach) which means “Passover”.
The King James translators used the word “Easter,” instead of “Passover” in Acts, the name “Easter” is of Pagan Origin?
