This Alligator po boy is amazing!! The batter can be used for not only alligator but fish, shrimp and much more.

Beer 1-2 cans

Sauce:

Yellow onion 1 large
Pickle 6 Large
pickle juice 1/4 cup
cappers 4-8oz
mayo 1-1/2 cups
olives 1 can
garlic powder 1 tablespoon
