Joseph ‘Jo Mersa’ Marley. A talented young reggae artiste, son of Stephen Marley & grandson of Bob Marley.

Jo Mersa Marley made his debut in 2010 with "My Girl," a collaboration with his cousin Daniel Bambaata Marley. He released "Bad So" two years later, which was included in his 2014 EP titled "Comfortable" 2014.

Marley was born in Jamaica and attended Saints Peter and Paul Preparatory School before moving to Florida to attend Palmetto High School and Miami Dade College, where he studied studio engineering.

Jo reportedly made his stage debut at 4 when he appeared with his father, his uncle Ziggy Marley, and his aunts Cedella Marley and Sharon Marley at a performance. He reportedly studied studio engineering at Miami Dade College.

The line-up of performers for the second annual tribute for the late Joseph ‘Jo Mersa’ Marley has expanded.

Gracing the stage at Reggaeland in Nine Mile, St Ann on Saturday, March 9, are The Marley Brothers: Stephen, Kymani, Julian, and Damian. They are accompanied by friends Black Am I, Spragga Benz, and Lutan Fyah. Third-generation musical Marleys, YG, Yohan, Hymn, Mystic, and King Cruff, will also be performing.

The Marleys will showcase other top-calibre acts on the night, including Kabaka Pyramid, Bugle, Jesse Royal, and Jahmiel. Rounding out the line-up are Jahshii, Christopher Ellis, Jah Izrehl, and Jemere Morgan.
