WHY CHRIST ASSUMED HUMAN NATURE

The death of Christ vindicated the Ten Commandment Law of God. It eliminated the sacrificial offerings which prefigured the death of God's Son. Those ceremonial laws, which foreshadowed Christ's death, were replaced by the ordinances of baptism, foot washing, and the Lord's Supper.
