Today I made chocolate and homemade marshmallows so that I could make my favorite Easter treat. Chocolate covered marshmallow eggs.

Recipes
Chocolate:
Cocoa butter 25%
Cocoa nibs 20%
Sugar 35%
Milk Powder 20%
Vanilla 1tsp

Marshmallow:
1 cup water
3 packages unflavored gelatin
1 cup light corn syrup
1 1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
