Bulgur rice 120 gr.
1 medium onion.
1 tablespoon tomato paste.
30 ml water.
1 clove of garlic.
Parsley.
Mozzarella cheese 70 gr.
Pepper mixture.
half a teaspoon of oregano.
Salt.
vegetable oil.

For the filling.
teaspoon of tomato paste.
warm water.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30 minutes
