IF YOU DON'T WANT THE GORY DETAILS about why I was not able to SHUT DOWN MY PAY-PAL CARD although I attempted to SHUT DOWN ALL CARDS (in September or October 2023) & WHY I have not any longer ACCEPTED nor UTILIZED donation funds (since September 2023) -- PLEASE SKIP DOWN TO WHERE I LEFT PayPal's SUPPORT NUMBER in BIGGER FONTS so you are able to TRACE DOWN THE PAGE OF THIS EMAIL & find the solution to how you can call them to try to recover your donation funds...I WILL BE CALLING AFTER THE SABBATH to see WHAT I CAN DO ON MY END...

Dawid & I thank you for your prayers & support...My situtation is LIMITED & I do not have access to ANY DEVICE whatsoever...we use devices from PUBLIC LIBRARIES & other means...this means I have no phone line, no cell number or NO PERSONAL COMPUTER...

I suffer EXTREME GOVERNMENT TARGETING from the Federal Government & they do afflict me with technology from local police, military drones & such...I've still been able to communicate through the internet IN OUR NEW LOCATION because I haven't carried a device & utilzed public access & other means...BECAUSE OF THIS WE TOSSED OUR DEVICES before leaving Scranton PA...please keep reading...

I am SO SERIOUS ABOUT YOU NOT TAKING THE MARK OF THE BEAST that we made a covenant with YaHuWaH TO NEVER TAKE ONLINE DONATIONS ANY LONGER so others would know THAT YaHuWaH has provided w/o ANY ONLINE DONATIONS...We also had to DESTROY our CARDS so they couldn't track us that way either...THAT IS HOW WE WERE ABLE TO ESCAPE the State of Pennsylvania's attempt to kill me also -- this plot had much to do with the Biden Administration & even how it was also my father's hometown -- and HOW PERVASIVE TRAFFICKING is in that city! Had we stayed THEY WOULD HAVE KILLED US -- Republicans & Democrats TOGETHER would have rejoiced at MY DEATH!

We successfully SHUT DOWN our CashApps BUT before the incident MENTIONED ABOVE we also attempted to shut down our PayPal & they DID NOT SHUT IT DOWN...

I ASK FOR YOUR FORGIVENESS ABOUT THE PAY-PAL ISSUE...I did the best I could do to REMEDIATE THE SITUATION before WE HAD TO FLEE SCRANTON, PA!

It is my fault for not being more forward to communicating this more recently...although I have expressed that WE NO LONGER ACCEPT DONATIONS in recent videos, I have put up old videos that ask for them & have made ERRORS by not making sure you knew I no longer accept them...I have not done as good a job at that...PLEASE DO NOT DONATE ANY LONGER YaHuWaH has provifded everything we need

I will work on my end AFTER SABBATH to see if I am able to somehow recover your funds...AND FINALLY SHUT DOWN THE CARD...I do not believe I am ABLE TO SHUT THE CARD DOWN w/o your money going down the drain...I will make an appeal to REFUND YOUR MONEY -- I made the covenant with YaHuWaH not to use online donations & I did attempt to make good on MY COVENANT WITH HIM -- I am also going to try to make good TO YOU ALSO...

please call PayPal to see if you can make an appeal based on what I have said (only saying something like...

"Matthew Domin" has rightfully communicated to us that he attempted to shut down his PayPal in September or October 2023 while he was in Scranton...He has as his last RECORDED DONATION the sum of $200.00 on August 25, 2023 & he informed that DONOR NO LONGER TO DONATE & he says that she acknowledged not to donate any longer & stopped using a cell phone since...then he has as his next recorded donation on March 5 for $25.00

if you get an objection from the representative THEN ADD something like...

"Matthew Domin states that there should have been no activity on the card from September 25, 2023 to March 5, 2024 -- if there was YOU HAVE A FRAUD CASE b/c he states that he has not used ANY CARD for ANYTHING SINCE HE DESTROYED THE CARD & DISPOSED OF THE REMAINS In late September"...then just trust the Holy Spirit to GUIDE YOU IN THE REST...

I OFFER MY APOLOGIES TO YOU FOR NOT MAKING IT CLEARER...the circumstance now requires me to TRY MAKING A PHONE CALL (1 (888) 221-1161) to remediate the wrong done against you...I don't like being tracked by PayPal b/c THEY HAVE BEEN THE BIGGEST SOURCE OF MY PROBLEMS but I am going to now have to deal with it AS SOON AFTER THE SABBATH IS POSSIBLE...
