The State Dept Isn't Stupid

One of the shows I watch on YouTube is Judge Andrew Napolitano. The judge features an interesting list of guest ranging from military colonels to U.N weapons inspectors. One of the recent remarks of the judge is that the State Department made of mistake by deflecting blame from Ukraine just 45 minutes after the terrorist incident in Moscow. I beg to differ my misfits, the State Department knows exactly what it's doing.
