(04/28/10) ALBANY - The tension in Albany turned a normally dull finance meeting into a shouting match yesterday.
Democratic Senator Kevin Parker of Brooklyn got into a heated argument with Republican Senator John DeFrancisco of Onondaga County over an appointee of Governor David Paterson.
Parker was later threatened to be removed from the meeting.
