It's "hot" because they sell fresh ground horse-radish and depending on your tolerance level, it can really wake up your senses. The cool couple is Zen and Wanda Skup. They's been running this spicy spot for more than thirty years Wanda says when she first spotted the stand, she knew she had to buy it. While Zen wasn't sure about it, Wanda convinced him it was a good idea. It was a good idea, because now their Fresh Ground Famous Broadway Market Horse-radish has become a Western New York Favorite. It has grown into other products including horse-radish with beets, cocktail sauce and horse-radish mustard. Even though their products can bring tears to your eyes, customers always come back for more.
