YOGA PRACTICE BEGINNERS AT HOME
Exercising is a privilege, not a chore. Seriously, when I finally came to this mindset everything changed. Eating whole foods isn't punishment. Learning what actually fuels these bodies we live in is necessary!

And then applying that knowledge is straight wisdom: Health, really is wealth!!

The goal isn't to be skinny; the goal is to be HEALTHY !

Why I love the practice? Aside from the more obvious benefits to breathing more intentionally and the physical well-being, it really can be a mirror for how I show up for my life “off the mat.” How do I respond when I feel like I’m losing balance?
Do I hold on tighter or give up?
Do I keep trying to do the same thing over and over again, or quit trying to fit a square peg into a round hole and try something else?
