Hi. April 1-3 big sale at Meamoshop.com. Use code APRIL25 please There is a ticker for the countdown on their website so you’ll known EXACTLY how long u have to get ur order in up until that last few minutes!!

placed ten pcl multi mono threads in one pilot hole fanning around an area of severe facial fat atrophy. Total right side atrophy is what I am working on constantly. And I am so excited about the possibilities of these threads I. Cannulas. Less bruising. Tho as u will see in my next post -tricky in the forehead when working near the arteries. The eye cannulas are 25g and this is a great example for why this size is NEVER RECOMMENDED for filler. It is way to easy to cannula the an artery with the pressure I have to use sometimes to get these little dudes to move forward because they are not strong and they give too easily. So I was sure if it was something in myway or the inabiiity of the cannula to stay strong and push thru the fibrous or tight space. Dont know why im addressing this here. -why not SAFETY FIRST That’s my rule. I love cannulas. But I don’t love the 25g in the space I was in this morning.

Back to the booms. I for sure will placing more of these amazing little power punchers!! And Meamoshop said they will stock some soon. These are the perfect practice for anyone who has not used a cannula. And wants to work their way up to a cog which is best used in a cannula. This way u get to practice one without the other. Also. A great thing to note…
If you are a thin person with not a lot of facial fat in the areas where you would have the most sagging like the area of your above your jawline where you would lose, have lost volume in your midface, and your pre-Rice area leading down to your nasal labia folder, your marionette you actually Will do better. If you do some collagen boosting bio stimulatory treatments in those areas before you go to do cogs and I mean like you know some sessions to build up that collagen and give you more tissue area to work with the thicker. The area is the less tight and the less close to the Skin surface you are the less likely you’re going to see any irregularities or you know the shape of the cog can be seen sometimes if you’re using too large of a thread and you’re a thin person it’s just not a great combination though a lot of them, people have issues with sagging facial tissue so that’s just a good tip that I have for you also doing your Hyaluronic acid treatments for hydration before you do thread treatments is a great trick that I’ve seen a lot of DI wires do I personally don’t do that just because I never have the time it seems to do two treatments but seen a lot of folks do it successfully and they do it every time they want to put significant threads like if you’re gonna do a whole face of lifting threads, or a whole face of , you know large tissue moving threads then I think it would be beneficial because you give yourself room to move the cannula and you don’t have to use the pinch technique as often because you already created space a lot of the doctors I see when watching international videos use the lidocaine in this manner sometimes also they use saline in the forehead to create space so they can put the cannula in there for Filler OK this was way too much information but hopefully it’s helpful
