THE CROSS

The "Via Dolorosa," or the way of the cross, where Jesus carried His cross, is just a few lines in our Bible. Jesus carried His cross, and he carried all of our crosses, too. The weight on His shoulder left him in excruciating pain. There is so much behind that painful journey we thought it was worth the time to cover it. Without that journey on Good Friday, the resurrection on Easter Sunday isn't possible. Perhaps we should be paying more attention to Good Friday (and devoting some extra prayer time and mediation).
