15 yr old Islam Khalilov gets the Russian Muslim Medal for help saveing 100+ people at Crocus attack

RU POV: 15-year-old Islam Khalilov has been awarded the Russian Muslim Medal for his courage in helping to save the lives of over 100 people during a shooting at a concert hall outside Moscow. Russian authorities say at least 144 people were killed by the attackers, who also set fire to the venue.
