Staying motivated in fitness is not easy. But at the same time it is not impossible. You can do it. Don't give up. Never Give up. You can do it, I believe in you. The real question is do you believe in yourself? You made the decision to do it. Make the schedule have as a part of your day and not something extra that you;re just throwing into your day. Yes, it is something different than what you are use to doing. That is all apart of a lifestyle change. That is why I don't like saying diet most people see a diet as something negative and something bad. It really is not but that is why I say a lifestyle change.
