Western powers are 'afraid the truth may come out' – Russia’s deputy envoy to the UN

RT spoke with Dmitry Polyansky, Russia’s first deputy ambassador to the UN, about the Security Council’s blocking of Russia's request for a discussion of NATO’s military campaign in Yugoslavia in 1999. The envoy remarked that the consequences of that aggression are felt in the Balkans even today.
