ULB Mini: Albayon Speaks of the Baltimore Bridge 03-29-24

There has been so much discussion about this bridge accident and it's impact so I wanted to see what Albayon has to say. For the most part, he was very calm and stated a huge impact for those in the area, overall not as bad as it could have been. He did not indicate huge shortages or anything like that. It did feel orchestrated.
