There is a man going around punching women in the face and then continuing to assault and chase them. Causing concussions and pretty serious injuries. I have personally seen about 10 reports of this on tik tok, When a young women ran up to cops and told them about the incident and identified the man to them, the police responded with, ‘we can’t help you, we are only here for traffic’
