NTSB Releases Video From Ship That Struck Maryland Bridge

NTSB investigators shot footage on the cargo ship that brought down Maryland’s Francis Scott Key Bridge. It comes as the recovery effort continues at the site of the deadly bridge collapse. The ship was carrying 764 tons of hazardous materials in 56 containers.
