Royal Decree: (All farmland to grow Hemp Trees)

In the Kingdom of Canada,

Forthwith, ALL farmland in in the Kingdom of Canada will be immediately converted to the cultivation of Hemp Trees. No other crop is authorized at this time. There will be no exceptions.
