328 E motorcycle, very, very loud motorcycle, it appeared perhaps in July 2023. I do not believe the level of noise from this motorcycle is within the legal limit, nevertheless, the NYPD has a staggering level of tolerance for these motorcycles, vehicles blasting very potent stereos, specially in this street, especially from vehicle KNM 9060 NY, several times per day. In all these cases the NYPD doesn’t require in order to act a specific complaint, as soon they see the infraction they can take action. I really wonder, with the exception of high profile crimes, and spending their time trying to find a way to get me arrested, what else the NYPD really does the rest of the time.
