The White House spokesperson, Karine Jean-Pierre, said on March 27 that Israel has sought to reschedule a high-level meeting on military plans for Rafah. She told reporters that "The prime minister's office has agreed to reschedule the meeting dedicated to Rafah and we're now working with them to set a convenient date." Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu abruptly cancelled the meeting on March 25 in protest after the US allowed passage of a Gaza ceasefire resolution at the UN. Watch
