Cooking Turkish meat pottery in this amazing way makes it very delicious! Cooking a Tasty Turkish Lamb Recipe

Components:

Three lamb shanks
Olive oil
So
Black pepper
Paprika
One onion (250g)
One bell pepper (100 g)
(500 g) potatoes
Two eggplants (400 g)
Two tomatoes (250g)
Hot peppers
A clove of garlic
Three tablespoons of tomato paste (45g)
One tablespoon of thyme
One teaspoon of paprika
One and a half cups of water

for the dough:
Three quarters of a cup of warm water
One teaspoon of yeast
Half a teaspoon of sugar
One and a half cups of all-purpose flour (250 g)
One teaspoon of salt
One tablespoon of olive oil (15 ml)
Eggs
Sesame seeds
Black seed
Bulgur or rice for serving

Instructions:

Rub the lamb legs with olive oil, salt, black pepper and paprika on both sides.

Keep it in the fridge

Cut the onion, pepper, potato, eggplant and tomato into large pieces.

Put all the vegetables in a ceramic or clay pot. Drizzle them with olive oil.

Mix the tomato paste, thyme, paprika, salt and water in a bowl. Pour over the vegetables in the pot.

Place the lamb shanks on top. Add hot peppers, paprika and garlic cloves.

Cover the pot with parchment paper and aluminum foil. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 2.5 hours.

Test preparation:

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water in a bowl. Add flour, salt and olive oil. Knead a soft dough.

Let the dough rest for one hour. Flatten it and cover the pot with the dough.

Brush the dough with beaten eggs and sprinkle with sesame seeds and black seeds.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, watching carefully.

Serve lamb shank stew with bulgur or rice.
