Step 1: "Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointed slightly outward. Engage your core muscles to maintain stability throughout the movement."
Step 2: "Initiate the squat by hinging at the hips and bending your knees, as if you're sitting back into an imaginary chair. Keep your chest up and your back straight throughout the movement."
Step 3: "Lower your body down until your thighs are parallel to the ground, or as low as you can comfortably go while maintaining good form. Make sure your knees stay in line with your toes and don't collapse inward."
Step 4: "Pause for a moment at the bottom of the squat, then push through your heels to return to the starting position. Squeeze your glutes at the top of the movement to fully engage the muscles."
Step 5: "Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, aiming for proper form and control with each repetition."
