🔥Here’s the scoop ⤵️

The customer buying journey is a process that buyers go through when making a purchase.

If you know where your customers are in their buyer’s journey, you’ll have a much better idea of what content they’re looking for from you.

Let’s get into it ⤵️

1. Awareness

Awareness is the first stage in a customer’s buying journey when customers realize that they have a problem that needs a solution. Buyers at this stage are not necessarily ready to make a purchase yet. They’re usually just looking for a solution, or any information to help them decide in the future.

2. Consideration

This stage is where the buyer researches and considers all the different options to find THE ONE that will solve their problem or fulfill their desire. This is where you need to build on your relationships, drive customers to your sales funnel, and nurture your leads.

3. Decision

In this stage, the buyer narrows down their choices and makes a decision to purchase your product. This is where you need to make it as easy as possible for them to do so. That means having an easy to navigate website or sales funnel, offering multiple payment options, and clear pricing.

4. Loyalty

The loyalty stage is where you continue to build upon the relationship after your customer purchases from you. You want them to be a repeat customer, so keep nurturing them and keep them satisfied.

If you know where your customers are in their buyer journey, you can tailor your content to speak to them in a way that resonates with them!
