A history remembered by most of the fighters of the Counter-Terrorism Service, especially the Counter-Terrorism Regiment (Muthanna), the heroic martyr (Muhammad Kazem Hussein), born in Diyala Governorate in 1990, who joined the ranks of the Counter-Terrorism Service in 2011. Since joining the agency, he has participated in specific duties against high-level targets of the organizations. During the terrorist organization ISIS’s control over areas of Iraq in 2014, the martyr was leading the ranks of the fighters and participated in all the battles that the agency fought in liberating the land of Anbar. He had trips and tours there, specifically the Al-Sajaria area, where the heroes of the Counter-Terrorism Service inflicted calamities and woes on members of the terrorist organization. The martyr had many courageous positions, including his participation in the surprise landing mission carried out by the Counter-Terrorism Service at Tal Afar Airport, through which he was able to kill dozens of terrorists. When the Mosul operations began, the martyr (may God have mercy on him) participated in the battle on its right and left sides, reaching the old city, and while clearing it of groups. ISIS Takfiri, and in one of the houses where the terrorists were using civilians as human shields to take shelter in them, the fighters of the barn led by (Muhammad) heard the sound of children crying and women screaming as they called for help to escape from the oppression of the terrorist organization, so he infiltrated the house at night, and he succeeded in doing so and was able to kill a number of terrorists. There, in fact, he was able to successfully evacuate the trapped civilians, a few meters away until the final victory over the terrorist organization was declared, but God chose him as a martyr on the first day of the blessed Eid al-Fitr while he was trying to help one of his fellow fighters who was injured at the time. Muhammad passed away as a martyr and he is a source of pride and pride for his family, his people, and his land. .
