A park in Ottawa County will soon be closing for restorations

Ottawa Sands will be closed to the public starting April 1st. Construction will be done on parking lots, paved paths, restrooms, as well as the ongoing work at the Explorers Camp. Also, work will be done to enhance and restore 238 acres of the park. The park is expected to reopen later in the summer.
