Influence Line Diagram (ILD) is a graphical representation of the Variation of Functions like Reactions at Support, Shear Force, and Bending Moment for determination as well as Indeterminate Structures. ILD is mostly used for the analysis of Trusses and Bridges where the loads are not steady or say moving loads.
Through this study, One can learn how to find out the Maximum and Minimum Shear Force for a given Loading as well as the Bending Moment.
